    摘要:

    耳片/螺栓类结构在现代民用飞机结构设计中应用广泛,其常规正向设计思路为结构设计在先,强度分析在后,存在迭代计算繁冗,耗时长且人为计算易出错等问题。以逆向设计为指导思想,以铝合金(7075-T6)耳片为例,建立耳片典型承载能力、耳片性能参数与耳片结构参数之间的关联方程;通过设计变量法,给出一套参数化设计方法,并通过MATLAB 开发可视化程序进行实例求解。结果表明:参数化设计方法可以实现以需求—结果模式为导向的耳片自动化设计,得到了满意的设计结果,在给定耳片受载条件及目标需求的情况下,能够实现耳片相关参数的迅速求解,大幅提高设计效率。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: The lug/bolt type structural is widely used in modern civil aircraft structure design. The conventional forward design idea is that the structure design comes first and the strength analysis comes second, which has the problems of tedious iterations, long time consuming and error-prone human calculations. Taking aluminum alloy (7075-T6) lug as an example, this paper establishes a correlation equation between the classical load-bearing capacity, the performance parameters and the structural parameters of the lug through reversal design. By means of the design variables method, a set of parametric design method is formed, which can realize the automatic lug design guided by the demand result mode. The visual program developed by MATLAB and solved by an example show that:this method can quickly solve the relevant parameters of the lug and greatly improve the design efficiency under the given load conditions and target requirements.
