飞机机翼、操纵面的对称性设计，决定了飞控系统传感器、计算机和舵机等部件在飞机上分布式对称安装并选择偶数n 余度的体系架构。余度部件生产关系的平衡分工，不同厂家设计、制造的差异，不可避免地出现“两派对立”的偶数分离和“互不认可”的奇异故障。本文提出奇异故障的“变化量记忆、余度重构和极端信号大概率故障”判据，在偶数余度系统中，进行基于中位数区间端点信号变化量的样本中位数计算，根据信号与参与表决信号变化量跟随一致性的故障判据，以及四信号重构为“次大、次小、参考信号”三余度、二信号重构为“原两信号+参考信号”三余度的余度重构判据。本文研究为四余度信号“2∶2 不确定故障、1∶1∶1∶1 多故障”和二余度信号1∶1 故障，提供了有效的表决监控方案；三余度信号1∶1∶1 多故障时，根据信号与中值的跟随性原则，判定离中值“近者正常，远者故障”。
The symmetrical design of the aircraft's wings and control surfaces determines the system framework in which the sensors， computers， and actuators of the flight control system are stributed and symmetrically installed on the aircraft， and the even number n-redundant architectural design is adopted. In the practical engineering， the balanced division of labor in the productive relations of redundant parts and the differences in design and manufacturing between different manufacturers would inevitably appear the case of two singular faults such as：‘ two-party opposition' even separation uncertain fault and‘ mutual disapproval’. The criterion of‘ variation memory， redundancy reconstruction and high probability failure of extreme signals’ for singular faults is proposed. In an even redundancy system， the sample median is calculated based on the signal variation at the endpoint of the median interval. The fault criterion is based on the variation consistency between signal and the participating voting signals. The four signals are reconstructed into the‘ second largest， second smallest and reference signal’， which is a reconstructed triple redundancy. The two signals are reconstructed into‘ original two signals + reference signal’， which is a reconstructed triple redundancy as well. The redundancy econstruction criterion is formed by the four signals reconstruction and two signals reconstruction. The study in this paper provide an effective voting monitoring solution for the four-redundant signal‘ 2∶2 uncertain fault， 1∶1∶1∶1 multiple fault’ and the two-redundant signal 1∶1 fault for fault criterion and the redundancy reconstruction criterion. In the case of three-redundant signal 1∶1∶1 multiple fault， according to the following quality between the signal and the median signal， the non-median signal close to the median is normal， and the non-median signal far from the median is faulty.
