Abstract:Leading edge absorbing structure, which possesses both load bearing and wave absorption performances, is one of the important research topics on stealth structural design. In this paper, zero-order and first-order optimization algorithms are implemented for optimizing the load performance of a typical leading edge absorbing structure. The optimal configuration on transparent skin and absorbing filling is obtained. And the optimization Analysis method and technical approach are presented for improving the load efficiency of leading edge absorbing structure. This optimization analysis scheme is very valuable for stealth structural design.
