    Abstract:

    In order to do the analysis of landing gear shimmy dynamic characteristics, it is necessary to do some research on shimmy dynamics modeling, and to develop the shimmy dynamics simulation method. Mtalab/Simulink is applied to establish a simple nonlinear shimmy dynamic model of the nose landing gear, and some examples are provided. The simulated model is proved correctly by result comparision.
