    Abstract:

    The system readiness level describes the whole technology state and level among the system investigation, which was an important assessment and analysis work in managing system. The matrix arithmetic was used to research the system readiness level of new helicopter, the result shown that, as technology readiness level of the most individual technology achieved anticipation, but there were some uncertainty and immature factors in the system. To improve the system readiness level, the bottleneck technology must be identified and broken, and the validation of bottleneck technology and other technology integration should be strengthened.
