Abstract:

The article analyzed the differences between EASA and CAAC which demand on the design assurance system. And according to the aviation airworthiness regulation of the two authorities，the paper discriminated the elements included in the three functions which the design assurance system required. Finally, put forward some considerations for establishing the civil aircraft design assurance system .
