The Multimission Maritime Aircraft (MMA) is the major air force for anti-submarine warfare and Intelligence&Surveillance&Reconnaissance campaign on the sea. The cooperative engagement will be the most important mode of military campaign between the manned aircraft and the unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). This paper put forward the concept of the cooperative engagement between the multimission maritime aircraft and the unmanned Aerial Vehicle, and then, the key technologies about the cooperative engagement between the multimission maritime aircraft and the unmanned Aerial Vehicle are discussed．The work in this paper plays an important role in the cooperative engagement development between the manned aircraft and the unmanned Aerial Vehicle.
