    Abstract:

    Simulated engine bleed air system is the critical system for large domestic civil aircraft engine airworthiness testings since it is difficult to establish entire physical air consumers. How to simulate bleed air system dynamic characteristic for critical parameters have been become the bottleneck on the development of large domestic civil aircraft simulated engine bleed air system. Based on the method of orifice flow function and Bleed Management Controller, Simulated engine bleed air system is designed and developed. It has been verified by the developed ground testing that the simulated engine bleed air system has good consistency with the technical condition of the prototype aircraft and can meet bleed simulation requirements of part 33. The simulated engine bleed air system can achieve the bleed air temperature, pressure and flow rate regulating and monitoring function .
