    Abstract:

    The super large conformal absorber plays an increasingly important role in the stealth design of aircraft wing edge. Due to the limitations of complex structure, super large size, manufacturing technology and other conditions, the research on radar cross section of conformal absorber after its installation on aircraft is less, and it is urgent to strengthen the research on both simulation and experiment. In this paper, starting from the manufacturing process of super large conformal absorber and the design based on simulation evaluation, the layered structure parameters of conformal absorber are optimized, and the installed RCS test verification of conformal absorber an leading edge of wing is completed. The RCS reduction effect of the designed super large conformal absorber is 4.4dB to 22dB from 2GHz to 18GHz, and the error of RCS simulation evaluation is within 6dB.
