    摘要:

    在高高原试飞时,直升机接近使用限制边界,试飞风险高,需要研究制定合理安全的试飞方法,在保证安全的同时获得准确的直升机性能参数。本文依据适航规章对直升机高原试飞及数据外推的要求,分析确定高高原试飞所需环境条件及试飞科目,研究高高原试飞方法和数据处理分析方法,并应用确定的试飞方法进行H425-100 型机高高原试飞。结果表明:本文所确定的试飞方法合理可行,系留悬停法可以提高试飞工作效率,单发模拟模式能够有效地降低试飞风险,拟合方法可以更准确地确定直升机起飞着陆距离。

    Abstract:

    Helicopter flight test is an important means to verify whether the flight performance meets the requirements of airworthiness regulations under the environmental conditions close to the maximum altitude limit. During the performance flight test at high plateau, the helicopter is near the using limitation, the flight risk is high. It is necessary to study and develop reasonable and safe test flight methods to obtain accurate helicopter performance data while ensuring test flight safety. This paper studied the requirements of airworthiness regulations for high plateau test flight, determined the test flight method of each test flight items, and applied the test flight methods to complete the H425-100 helicopter high plateau test flight at Yushu Batang airport at 3950m above sea level. It shows that the testing methods determined in this paper is reasonable and feasible. Tethered hover method can improve the efficiency of test flight. Using OEI simulating mode can effectively reduce the risk of test flight. The fitting method can be used to determine the helicopter take-off and landing distance more accurately.
